Poor Festus, this ear business is no fun at all (for your Mama also). Can you ask the vet if applying some heat to the poorly ears will help with the healing. This is what my first Mum did when my ear was a big old mess from haematomas. It worked because the heat helped more bloods get to the ears and that helps clear up infectiosn. She had to use warm salt water and a clean wad of cotton wool for each ear, each time. We hope the vet can help your poor ears heal up quick!

Festus,
We think it's great that you sing to your mum but think it stinks that you have to keep going to the vet. We will be crossing our paws that this is the last visit you have to make for this problem.

We're sorry you can't earn money singing opera, Festus. We imagine you sing pretty good.

And we're even sorrier your ear hasn't healed yet. We hope this will take care of it for good and your ear will be all better soon. Purrs and tail wags.

Ow, ow, owie. We're purrrring for you Festus. We hope your ear quits hurting for you.

Is there some reason why the V*T can't put a drain in the wound? Kinda messy, but that might clean out the goop a bit better.

ppuurrrrrrrr
