One year ago today I took you to the v-e-t to be helped to the Bridge. I still question that decision every day, but I couldn't stand to see you suffer
Not a day goes by that I don't think of you & miss your sweet face. Mama loves you, precious boy...

Such a tough decision and hard thing to have to do...of course we always wonder if we made the best choice. My little sweetheart from the past was Mouse, and I let her go years ago, but still question if it was really her time. We don't want them to suffer, though, definitely.
((((Hugs)))) and Light to you, especially today.
I've not had to face that decision yet, as my first adoptee died suddenly of a blood clot one night almost 4 years ago. I dread the time that I, too, will have to make that choice. But a life of suffering is not a good life...Be at peace and know you did the best you could, you did what was for Joey's Highest Good.
Blessings and Peace.
It was a very hard decision but you know it was the right one. Joey was ready, just like my Wizard was. the first year is the hardest but the love and doubt never goes away
((Hugs)) and prayers for you.
The decision is never easy.

the memories are still bittersweet, we know that.

Joey knew how much you loved him and that you were doing the best thing for him.
He's waiting for all of you and playing with the other kitties at the Rainbow Bridge until you join him there.
