No Microchip....

UPDATE: Thank you all so much for your offers to help!! I do have PayPal, but I have no clue how to set up a donation button. If someone can help me with that I would appreciate it. Ewww, I never even thought about worms (shiver!)!! I will get some dewormer, but I'll have to wait until Friday. Thanks again everyone, I love you guys sooo much!!

Joey (still working on his name) went to the v-e-t today to be scanned. Nothing there. The v-e-t himself wasn't there, but the office lady said it would cost around $50 to get him all checked out. It's pay-as-you-go, so Mama isn't sure when she can get that done, so for now, Joey stays in the human litter box room. She's gonna make up some fliers today to put up in town to try to find his family.

Did you at least get any worm pills? I'm just worried because Everett had horrible tapeworms when he came inside. We'd be happy to chip in a little for his vet bill to make sure he's healthy maybe if you put up a donation button a few other people will do the same?

We, too, could chip in a little to make sure he is healthy so he dose not have to live int the bathroom forever!

If you have paypal I think my Mom would be willing to help a little too. She and my Daddy used to take lots of stray kittehs to the VET before they moved to Roswell and she knows how much it costs. Sometimes you can find a VET who will give you a break on strays. That is how they could afford it in our old city.

donation button: sign in to paypal and click on the "merchant services" tab. Then under create buttons click on "donate." Then you can create a button then I think they give you the html code to copy and you can put it in your side bar. Hope this works and helps.

Ok we donated some to help (just letting you know in case it didn't work because The Dad took over and clicked buttons really fast and I want to make sure it worked). Hopefully you're able to get all you need quickly. So glad you're helping this guy, and he looks so sweet.

Ask how much a Combo test is- that checks for FIV & Feline Leuk. We strongly believe in this test- only takes 3 drops of blood- they run it and in 10 minutes you know if he's carrying something that could hurt your babies. You should also wash your hands and change your clothes until you know for sure. FIV is transferred by bite, but Leuk is by air. We will gladly pay for this test to make sure your babies are safe.
